tuesday-we reviewed a purpose of wearing a glove and how it keeps your hand warm in the snow and cold when you take cake or cookies out of an oven and pan with heating and it vibrates their particles to your hand.
wednesday-we reviewed the process of a lava lamp picture, the light heats up the wax in the liquid and since hot liquids are less dense it rises and then at the top there is no heat so since cold objects are more dense it falls, the process repeats. picture below at bottom:
thursday- on thursday jasons older brother came as a substitute teacher. we did a sheet were we had to make three models of rock layers. and we did sheets on it.
friday- on friday we had a quiz on heating and plate tectonics!
